The Hornets have been hit hard by injuries in the frontcourt, with Ryan Kalkbrenner, Moussa Diabaté and Mason Plumlee all missing the team’s final game of Week 11. Plumlee underwent surgery and is looking at a long-term absence,

The Detroit Lions ' 2026 opponents are set. After the Minnesota Vikings ' 16-3 victory over the Green Bay Packers in the NFL's early Week 18 window, the Lions (8-8) are assured of a fourth-place finish in the NFC North standings regardless of their result at the Chicago Bears (11-5).

With no Monday Night Football game, Week 18 concludes with NBC's Sunday Night Football. In a classic rivalry, Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens (8-8) will visit Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) with their seasons at stake -- winner takes the AFC North, loser misses the playoffs.

The San Francisco 49ers don't know their 2026 schedule yet, but they now have some certainty on who they'll face after Week 18 action wrapped up.
