今日はロングランをしました。 一昨日にBangsaen21のHalf marathonでペース走くらいのペースで走ったので今日はもう少し軽めのロングラン。 実施中にプロエリートのジャケットがなくなった。。5kmのコースで3周目に戻ってきたらなくなってた……。 ここは日本じゃないって忘れてた。。 結構本気で落ち込んでます。 ⁡ Today I did a long run. Since I ran the Bangsaen 21 half marathon two days ago at about tempo pace, today’s long run was a bit easier. During the run, my pro elite jacket went missing… When I came back on the third lap of a 5 km course, it was gone.
