Stop guessing your color grades. Lightroom's color wheels are circles, 360 degrees all the way around. Divide that by 3 and you get 120. That's the whole trick. Pick a hue for your highlights (I used 35), add 120 for your midtones (155), and add 120 again for your shadows (275). Keep the saturation low and adjust from there.
